No, astrology is not halal in Islam. Astrology, horoscopes, superstition, and fortune-telling are considered actions of ignorance, and Islam came to show that they are false and acts of polytheism. Publishing, reading, or propagating horoscopes is haram and believing in them is considered a kind of disbelief (kufr) and is contrary to Tawheed.
