Dropshipping can be halal if specific conditions are met. Acting as an agent for a fee or implementing profit-sharing aligns with Islamic principles. The seller or their agent must take possession of the item before selling it, adhering to the rules of Bayus Salam. Traditional dropshipping, where items are sold without ownership, is generally not permissible.
