Yes, the Lo-Fi Quran is generally considered haram according to most Islamic scholars. This is because the Quran is meant to be heard in its original form, and altering it in any way changes its meaning and message. It is not permissible to recite or listen to the Quran in a lo-fi style that is reverbed, which involves electronic echo and a slowed tempo resembling music. And Allah knows best.
