Yes, it is permissible for a woman to remove facial hair such as hair on the upper lip, thighs, calves, and arms. This differs from plucking the eyebrows, which is forbidden. Removing a beard or mustache that appears on a woman’s face is also allowed to prevent resemblance to men. Allah knows best.
