It is generally not permissible to pierce the belly button, lips, tongue, eyebrows, or other body parts besides the ears and nose for women in Islam. These types of piercings are not considered an adornment for Muslim females. However, some scholars argue that wearing a belly button ring may be permissible under certain conditions: it should not symbolize any group of disbelieving women, should only be visible to the husband, should not cause harm, and wearing gold in this manner should be customary among women in that country.
And Allah knows best.
