Xanthan Gum (E415) is a polysaccharide manufactured through fermentation from corn, wheat, and other crops. As a plant-derived ingredient, Xanthan Gum E415 is generally recognized as halal and permissible. It is used as a thickener, gelling agent, and emulsifier in various products. And Allah knows best.
