Yes, turkey meat is halal provided it is slaughtered in accordance with Islamic law (dhabiha).
Explanation: The general rule in Islamic dietary laws is that all food is considered halal unless there is a specific prohibition. Allah says in the Quran: “He it is Who created for you all that is on earth” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:29). The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) mentioned that what is made halal by Allah is halal, and what is made haram is haram. Turkey, like other poultry, is permissible to eat as long as it is properly slaughtered according to Islamic guidelines.
