The permissibility of septum piercings in Islam depends on cultural norms and intentions. Generally, it falls under the same ruling as nose piercings, which are allowed. However, if the septum piercing is done in emulation of immoral or non-Islamic behavior, it would be impermissible. And Allah knows best.
