Listening to music is considered haram in Islam, whether during Ramadan or at other times, but it is more forbidden in Ramadan, and is a greater sin. However, listening to good songs that do not contain shameful words or concepts is permissible. Engaging in such activities while fasting may fall under the categories of either sins or idle deeds or behavior. And Allah knows best.
