Yes, citric acid (E330) is considered halal. It is a weak acid found in citrus fruits and is commonly used as an antioxidant, phosphate, and complexing agent in food and beverages. The basic principle in Islamic dietary laws is that all things are halal unless proven otherwise by Sharia evidence.
