Holding hands with one’s spouse or family members is permissible during Ramadan, as it is considered a gesture of affection and support within the bounds of Islamic guidelines. However, it is important to exercise discretion and modesty in public settings to avoid any actions that may lead to temptation or compromise one’s observance of the fast.
It is haram for a man to touch, hug, or kiss a girl who is not his mahram, whether he is fasting or not. If semen (maniy) is emitted due to touching, hugging, or kissing a non-mahram girl, then the fast is invalidated and one must make up that day. If no semen is emitted, then the fast is still valid.
And Allah knows best.
