Can a girl kiss a girl in Islam?
It is Makruh Tahrimi (disliked to a degree close to Haram) for a female to kiss another female on the lips, hands, or any other part unless it is done out of good gesture and there is no fear of any desires being aroused.
There is nothing wrong with a girl kissing her female friend on the cheek when she is fasting, as long as the intention behind this kiss is to show love and friendship, and not physical desire.
It is not permissible for a woman to kiss another woman if it is done by way of desire.
